Zusammenfassung

Collibra is seeking an AI Enablement Manager to drive AI adoption, coach leaders and shape enablement programs across Product, Engineering and business functions. This role blends hands-on AI work with training design, workshops and scalable learning resources to accelerate transformation.

You will report to the Director of Talent Management & Development and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid Brussels setting.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience building practical AI solutions to solve business problems.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience coaching teams to adopt AI and new ways of working.
• Experience facilitating engaging workshops and enablement sessions.
• Strong project management, stakeholder mgmt and analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and design Collibra's AI enablement approach and programs to accelerate AI adoption.
• Partner with Product & Engineering leaders to identify learning priorities for AI adoption.
• Translate enterprise learning initiatives into experiences for technical audiences.
• Own and deliver the Product & Engineering onboarding program.
