Donna is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to help build Donna, our AI-sales assistant for field reps. You’ll tackle agent harnessing, context management, multi-agent orchestration, and advanced RAG systems to deliver reliable, user-friendly AI features.

You’ll work with a passionate team in Ghent, collaborating across Product and Design to shape the product and solve real customer problems. English fluency and a drive for growth are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered features.
• Experience with TypeScript & Node.js stack.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve agent harnesses with context management and tool use.
• Design and implement multilingual conversational features.
• Develop and refine RAG systems for high quality outputs.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and customers to scope and roll out features.
• Create evaluations and observability to ensure AI outputs meet quality standards.
