Moody’s Corporation is seeking a skilled professional to drive adoption of its data products, generative AI and agentic solutions for global clients. You will lead consultative implementation, onboarding and ongoing success with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes discovery sessions, requirement translation, and reliable delivery, with occasional travel to customer sites and close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure measurable value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing software, data product, SaaS or tech roles.
• Strong consultative communication and relationship-building.
• Understanding of data product concepts, governance and metadata.
• Experience with data platforms and AI-enabled solutions.
• Familiar with SQL, Python and data visualization basics.

Responsabilités

• Lead customer-facing implementation and onboarding for Moody’s data products and AI solutions.
• Conduct discovery sessions to capture requirements, workflows and adoption risks.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Governance, Operations, Sales and Customer Success.
• Support configuration, API integrations, data validation and onboarding tasks.
• Deliver demonstrations, workshops and training leveraging AI tools.
• Gather feedback, maintain adoption reporting and improve delivery playbooks.
• Travel occasionally to customer locations as required.
