Job summary

Oper Credits BV is seeking an AI-Native Business Analyst to join the Customer Success team. You will bridge customer needs and Oper’s platform, running discovery workshops and translating requirements into actionable specs for engineers and product teams.

You will collaborate with bankers and product owners, apply AI tooling to draft docs and accelerate analysis, and guide customers from kickoff to value while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of consulting experience (Big-4, boutique strategy/tech, or implementation).
• Love structuring problems: bring messy conversations into clean documents and Next Steps.
• Enjoy customer and end-user interaction: workshops energize you.
• Technical affinity: comfortable reading API docs and configuring software; no coding required.

Responsibilities

• Capture and structure customer requirements from workshops and interviews.
• Map requirements to Oper's product: determine out-of-the-box, configurable, or requires engineering work.
• Analyze integration points with core banking stacks, CRMs, and online banking platforms.
• Configure mortgage products, business rules, and customer journeys inside the Oper platform; validate configurations.
