NextLink Group in Brussels area is seeking an AML AI Specialist to help identify and implement practical AI-driven improvements within AML operations. The role focuses on rapid testing, building prototypes, and deploying solutions that reduce manual effort while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

You will work with AML analysts and team leads to target quick wins, develop AI copilots, and integrate AI tools with existing controls in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AML operations, compliance or financial crime experience.
• Strong understanding of KYC, KYT and Due Diligence processes.
• Experience using or building AI assistants, AI agents or GenAI solutions.
• Ability to independently build prototypes and working solutions.
• Comfortable working directly with business users.
• Pragmatic and delivery-oriented.
• Curious and hands-on.
• Able to explain AI concepts in simple language.
• Comfortable working in an agile and experimental environment.

Responsabilités

• Identify Quick Wins with AML analysts and prioritize opportunities based on impact and ease of implementation.
• Build Practical AI Solutions by configuring AI agents, copilots or prompt-based assistants and running simple prototypes.
• Support AML Operations by applying KYC/KYT/PEP knowledge and ensuring solutions align with existing controls.
• Measure Value by tracking time savings and operational benefits and presenting recommendations for future opportunities.
