Trendtracker, based in Belgium with global reach, is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive outbound growth for its AI strategic intelligence platform. You will build the first contact with high-potential customers, crafting persuasive messaging and guiding prospects from outreach to discovery calls.

You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine ICPs and messaging, aiming to achieve monthly and quarterly outreach and meeting targets in a fast-scaling startup

Qualifikationen

• 1–4 years in B2B enterprise outbound or a sales-development role, preferably in SaaS/tech.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for persuasive outreach.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and pipeline management experience.
• Interest in technology, AI and strategic intelligence.

Aufgaben

• Proactively conduct outbound outreach via cold emails, LinkedIn messaging, and calls to fit ICPs.
• Craft clear, concise messaging communicating Trendtracker's value and AI-driven trend intelligence.
• Qualify leads, determine fit and potential interest, and book discovery calls or demos.
• Maintain an organized CRM pipeline with complete interaction and next-step documentation.
• Collaborate with marketing and product to refine ICPs, messaging, and outreach strategies, aiming to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
