SOFICO is seeking a Sofico Intelligence Sales Lead in Zwijnaarde, Belgium, to drive revenue growth across enterprise customers and shape a repeatable commercial motion for a new AI-powered product line.

You will build account plans, engage with senior stakeholders, and translate customer feedback into product roadmaps while collaborating with cross-functional teams. A strong track record in enterprise software sales and willingness to travel 20–30% are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of enterprise software sales with complex, consultative deals.
Experience in a specialist or overlay sales role.
Experience selling AI, analytics, machine learning or big data solutions.
Proven track record of growing existing enterprise accounts.
Strong understanding of data, integrations and data-driven products.
Excellent English and willingness to travel 20–30% for customer meetings.
Strong commercial, consultative and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Grow SOFICO Intelligence revenue across existing enterprise customers.
Build account plans and forecasts together with Key Account Managers.
Identify, qualify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts.
Lead customer discovery, business cases, proposals, pricing and negotiations.
Engage with senior stakeholders across business, IT, data, security and procurement.
Translate customer feedback into product and roadmap input.
