Job summary

Prophix is seeking a Manager, Business Development to lead our combined SDR and BDR team and own the top-of-funnel pipeline engine that converts inbound interest and outbound prospecting into qualified opportunities.

You will work at the intersection of human selling and AI-assisted engagement, partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to build a system where AI SDR capabilities and your team operate as a coordinated unit.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing a BDR or SDR team at a B2B SaaS organization with pipeline targets
• 3+ years in a sales or business development role with outbound programs
• Hands-on experience with Qualified, Outreach, and Salesforce in live workflow
• Proven coaching track record to improve qualification and conversion
• Experience using Gong and LinkedIn Sales Navigator in prospecting workflows
• Legally entitled to work in the posting country

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Quality and Conversion: monitor inbound/outbound conversion; diagnose leaks; run experiments
• Team Leadership and Development: coach and develop SDR/BDR teammates; run training programs
• GTM Alignment and Reporting: report pipeline metrics; partner with Marketing/RevOps; optimize tech stack
