Wonka is seeking an AI Business Analyst to map how teams operate, identify AI-use cases with the greatest impact, and build a prioritized use-case inventory. You will run workshops, prepare a question bank, and support the AI implementation team in delivering measurable outcomes.

Based on a Brussels-based client, this on-site role requires 0–2 years of consulting or business analysis experience, a structured approach, fluency in English and French, and willingness to pass security screening.

Formación

• Master's degree in business, engineering, economics or a similar field.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in consulting or business analysis.
• Very structured way of working: process maps, matrices and clean spreadsheets.
• Daily use of AI tools.
• Fluency in English and French; English is the working language.
• Willingness to go through the security screening the client requires.

Responsabilidades

• Join scoping meetings with Heads of Unit and run a use-case workshop with staff.
• Build the use-case inventory with an impact and effort matrix; validate with Head of Unit.
• Prepare a question bank with expected answers and representative cases.
• Model key processes today and future AI-enabled workflows.
• Separate quick wins from technical needs; hand over to the technical lead.
• Support AI Implementation Specialists during workshops and track programme KPIs.
• Most work week is on-site at the client in Brussels; occasional trips to other EU sites.
