We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst Intern / Business Analyst who can help companies successfully adopt AI in their daily workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with users, understanding business needs, structuring feedback, and turning ideas into practical AI use cases.

Depending on your experience, this can be either an internship or a full‑time role.

Key Responsibilities

You will help bridge the gap between clients, product, and development.

Client and Team Communication

Communicate clearly with clients, users, developers, and internal teams to understand needs, manage expectations, and keep everyone aligned.

Collect, structure, and analyze client feedback, business needs, and user pain points.

Translate client needs into practical AI use cases, agents, workflows, and product improvements.

Identify ways to boost adoption, improve user engagement, collect feedback, and help clients get more value from Wonka AI.

Think from the end‑user perspective and help make AI simple, intuitive, and easy to use for non‑technical users.

Create tickets, define clear requirements, coordinate with developers, communicate with clients, and follow up on delivery.

Turn feedback into better prompts, agents, and use cases. Improve prompts so AI outputs are more accurate, useful, and natural for users.

Product and Event Support

Support product demos, user onboarding, client workshops, feedback sessions, and events where Wonka AI is presented to potential users.

Requirements

Must Haves

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Valid work permit for Belgium
• Interest in business analysis, product management, AI, SaaS, or digital transformation
• Strong communication skills with both clients and internal teams
• Good time management and task prioritization
• Strong ownership mindset
• Ability to translate business needs into clear actions
• Interest in product management, user adoption, and feedback collection
• UX mindset with a focus on making tools intuitive for end users
• Comfortable creating tickets, writing requirements, and working with developers
• Interest in prompt engineering and AI use‑case design
• Fluent in Dutch or French
• English is a strong plus
• Enjoys solving problems and structuring unclear information
• Is comfortable speaking with users and asking the right questions
• Thinks like a product person and a problem solver
• Has a proactive and hands‑on attitude
• Is comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment
