Job summary

Codux seeks an AI for Service Analyst to bridge business thinking with AI in customer engagement. You will collaborate with clients and colleagues to map pain points, design improvements, and drive adoption of AI-driven solutions.

You will define success metrics and assess feasibility and impact of use cases, traveling 2-3 days per week to client sites in Brussels, Antwerp, or Ghent. You bring 3+ years of analyst experience, translate complex problems into practical AI solutions, and communicate

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as an analyst.
Able to translate complex problems into practical solutions.
Able to explain AI strategies to business stakeholders.
Willing to travel 2-3 days per week to client sites in Belgium.
Speak Dutch and English; French is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and colleagues to improve customer service operations.
Map pain points, design improvements, and drive adoption; define success metrics.
Identify AI opportunities and guide implementations with short feedback loops.
Drive digital innovation using automation and AI across platforms.
Support change management and conduct user acceptance testing.
