Wonka is seeking a Project Manager to own the end-to-end rollout of AI workflows at customer sites. You will understand user problems, build practical agent-based solutions, and guide non-technical users through adoption, without writing code.

You will coordinate with sales and finance, manage multiple projects, and ensure clear communication and progress tracking. English proficiency is essential, with Dutch or French as a bonus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project or program management.
• Ability to align stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with non-technical users.

Responsabilités

• Plan and run AI implementation projects from kickoff to adoption, typically 2–4 at once.
• Align scope and success criteria with stakeholders before work starts.
• Collaborate with sales on handover and with finance on invoicing.
• Train and support customer teams to use the Wonka platform.
• Document learnings and propose improvements after each project.
