Wonka is seeking an AI Business Analyst to map how teams operate, identify AI-use cases with the greatest impact, and build a prioritized use-case inventory. You will run workshops, prepare a question bank, and support the AI implementation team in delivering measurable outcomes.
Based on a Brussels-based client, this on-site role requires 0–2 years of consulting or business analysis experience, a structured approach, fluency in English and French, and willingness to pass security screening.
Wonka · Brussels, on site at the client · 0-2 years experience · Fixed-term contract linked to the programme
Wonka helps companies adopt AI for their business. With Wonka, teams can easily integrate AI and solve their day-to-day problems. We have worked with more than 200 companies and are currently serving thousands of users every day on our AI adoption platform. We are a small team of 30+ passionate people, driven by the mission to help non-technical people surf the AI wave.
As an AI Business Analyst, you will map how each team really works, find the tasks where AI saves the most time and turn them into a prioritized list of use cases. You will also prepare the question bank and the representative cases our workshops run on. You do not need to be a technical expert, but you do need to be very structured and genuinely curious about how people do their jobs. Clear, prioritized lists matter more here than long reports.
Join the scoping meeting with each Head of Unit, then run a task and use case workshop with their staff.
Build the use case inventory with an impact and effort matrix, and get it validated by the Head of Unit.
Prepare a question bank, with expected answers, and representative cases taken from the team's own files.
Model key processes as they work today and as they will work with AI.
Separate quick wins from technical needs, and hand the technical needs over to the technical lead.
Support the AI Implementation Specialists during workshops and keep track of the programme KPIs.
A master's degree in business, engineering, economics or a similar field, and 0 to 2 years of experience in consulting or business analysis. Internships count.
A very structured way of working: process maps, matrices and clean spreadsheets.
Daily use of AI tools, with a realistic view of what they can and cannot do.
The ability to ask good questions and listen to how people actually work.
Fluency in English and French. English is the working language of the programme.
Willingness to go through the security screening the client requires before you start.
Experience with process modelling, for example BPMN.
An interest in the public sector or policy work.
Data preparation skills: advanced Excel, basic SQL or Python.
Dutch.
You will join a core team that shares methods and materials from day one: the curriculum, team records and use case inventories. You will spend your first weeks alongside the programme lead and more senior team members, then take ownership of your own scope. Most of your week is spent on site at the client in Brussels, with internal days at our office in Diegem and occasional trips to other EU sites. The client's security screening takes time, so we are selecting candidates now for a start in early 2027.
In exchange, we offer a front-row seat in one of the largest AI adoption programmes in Europe. You will learn how to analyze processes and prioritize AI use cases in a large institution, run workshops with staff and senior managers, and work hand in hand with technical and training teams.
