Job summary

Yuma is seeking a Business Analyst to join a collaborative team delivering impactful digital AI solutions for Benelux clients. You’ll work from our offices in Louvain-la-Neuve, Brussels or Leuven and help guide projects from discovery to delivery.

You’ll screen opportunities, analyze markets, and conduct client meetings to understand goals. You will build analyses for AI teams and advise on AI strategy while strengthening client relationships and accelerating growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Ability to break down complex problems into structured, actionable solutions.
• Proven track record of building strong client relationships and delivering value in projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of presenting insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to drive AI initiatives from inspiration to completion.
• Screen requests for proposals and analyze markets to identify new business opportunities.
• Meet with Clients to understand needs, business and long-term goals.
• Present solutions and offers concisely to secure client buy-in and satisfaction.
• Interpret Client objectives and build insightful analyses for AI teams.
• Build and maintain trusted Client relationships, advising on AI strategy and business improvement.
• Enhance internal sales to support sustainable growth by monitoring AI market trends and competition.
