Qualifications

• >10 years of professional experience in a Business Analyst role
• >Experience implementing AI in a large organisation, ideally regulated
• >Energy sector experience is a strong plus
• >Knowledge of AI and automation technologies on the market
• >Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• >Independent, initiative-taking and solution-oriented
• >Customer-focused, flexible and team-oriented
• >Degree in Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, Science or equivalent Master's
• >Excellent command of English with strong Dutch and/or French skills

Responsibilities

• Identify AI and automation opportunities and translate business needs into concrete requirements
• Support business teams to leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency
• Act as an internal advocate for AI and Intelligent Automation
• Document business and functional requirements for new solutions
• Assess value, feasibility and impact of AI use cases
• Coordinate implementation of new technologies in cross-functional projects
• Bridge gaps between business, IT and other stakeholders
• Train business users to ensure effective adoption of tools and solutions
