Job summary

Sartorius is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist Advanced Therapy Solutions to drive technical engagements and enable sales in the Benelux region. This field-based role requires travel >50% and collaboration with Central Sales to shape deals and transition customers successfully.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related fields and has significant experience in technical sales or applications consulting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Significant experience in technical sales, applications consulting, or pre-sales within a scientific/technical environment.
• Proven hunter with ability to influence and win competitive deals.
• Strong ability to shape workflows and articulate value in technical terms.

Responsibilities

• Identify whitespace and high-value prospects across assigned markets.
• Lead advanced technical evaluations, trials, and workflow assessments.
• Quantify customer impact and shape solution configuration to win deals.
• Co-lead commercial offers with Central Sales using data-driven inputs.
• Identify emerging use cases and inform product positioning and sales acceleration.
• Ensure smooth pre- to post-adoption transition and handover to Central Sales.
• Provide technical input for contract terms to ensure feasibility and scope.
