MSI Pharma is seeking a Sickness & Absence Operations Specialist in Belgium to manage end-to-end sickness and absence cases, ensuring compliant administration and data accuracy across HR and payroll systems. You will liaise with HR, Payroll and external providers to support reintegration and outage-free absence lifecycle operations.

The role emphasizes digitalisation, automation and data-driven HR processes, requiring strong organisational skills and experience with Belgian payroll and HR

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in HR Operations, Payroll Administration or similar.
• Experience supporting sickness, absence or work accident management processes.
• Understanding of Belgian payroll processes related to sickness and disability benefits.
• Experience with digital HR tools, reporting platforms or automation solutions.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end administration of long-term sickness and absence cases exceeding 30 days.
• Monitor milestones, deadlines and reintegration processes for compliance.
• Maintain sickness/absence data across HR and payroll systems.
• Coordinate payroll and insurance activities linked to sickness and work accidents.
• Act as a key contact for employees, managers and external providers.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on absence trends and metrics.
• Identify risks, missing documents and process delays.
• Support automation and digitalisation of sickness and absence processes.
