XSYS Global is seeking a 2nd Line Service Engineer to deliver technical support for printing plate processing equipment, on-site and remotely across the EMEA region. Travel will be frequent (roughly 60–70%), and you will guide first-line technicians, document visits, and contribute to knowledge materials.

You should be an educated technician in electrical engineering or mechatronics, comfortable working independently, with strong English skills and a willingness to travel.

Formación

• Educated technician in electrical engineering, mechatronics or equivalent.
• Experienced in supporting equipment remotely or at customer site.
• Able to work independently within a team.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for printing plate processing equipment, remotely or on-site.
• Travel approximately 60–70%.
• Respond to first-line support or end-user queries via ticketing systems.
• Guide First Line support technicians and end users through steps to resolve issues.
• Document visits and propose improvements to design or production.
• Develop technical material and tutorials for self-service database.
• Collaborate with factory functions (production, R&D, purchasing, etc.).
• Provide technical trainings to service/distributor technicians/customers.
• Support remote capabilities development with R&D.
