EdConsult is seeking an International Service Engineer to install, service, and technically support industrial machines at customer sites. The role blends technical work with customer interaction in an international setting.

You will lead on-site assembly and start-up, perform pre-shipment checks, and ensure compliance with plans and parts lists. Extensive travel and ongoing training are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in electromechanics.
• First relevant work experience is nice but not required.
• Strong technical basis in electromechanics.
• Willing to roll up your sleeves and take initiative.
• Independent yet collaborative with colleagues.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Highly flexible in travel and work location.
• International assignments up to ~80%.

Responsabilités

• Install machines at customer sites.
• Prepare installations, lead assembly and start-up on site.
• Perform final technical checks before shipment.
• Verify machines are built to plan.
• Ensure all components are present and functional.
• Test installation functionality before delivery.
• Perform maintenance and service visits at customers.
• Diagnose issues on site and implement fixes.
• Handle tasks at international sites within Europe and beyond.
• Prepare clear service reports and maintain admin follow-up.
• Communicate findings to internal teams.
• Provide trainings and technical presentations to customers and colleagues.
• Explain projects, machines, and solutions to customers.
