A leading community bank in Queensland is seeking a Senior Branch Manager to lead a diverse team and drive business development. You will be responsible for building relationships within the community, creating strategic plans, and prioritizing customer experience. The role requires strong leadership abilities and experience in lending, along with excellent communication skills. Your role as Senior Branch Manager will be responsible for leading a large and diverse team and building the strategic plan to gain market share for the localised area. You will spend a large portion of your time utilising your business development skills to build long‑term connections with local community groups, stakeholders and partners to drive business opportunities for the branch.

This is a permanent, full‑time position located in Ayr & Home Hill. The roster is 76 hours per fortnight.
