Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Provide support to the New Business Managers in a range of functions associated with leasing and maintaining properties in accordance with the property investor’s instructions
• Respond to general enquiries from potential tenants
• Accurately complete all necessary documentation
• Viewings
• Act as a liaison between tenants and property investors
• Ensure that properties are maintained and presented in accordance with the property investor’s instructions

Qualities and Qualifications

• Ability to think on your feet
• Unbelievable work ethic which involves a mixture of accuracy, efficiency, initiative and enthusiasm

In addition to the above qualities you must hold a QLD driver’s license, a Certificate of Registration and be available to work on Saturdays with a rostered day off during the week.
