Lead enterprise technology and digital strategies, including target-state design, investment roadmaps, and benefits realisation
Advise executives on large-scale digital and technology-enabled transformation, spanning operating models, platforms, data, cloud, and cyber
Translate business strategy into prioritised transformation portfolios with clear value cases
Own senior stakeholder relationships and serve as a first-call advisor on technology and transformation matters
Lead and develop high-performing consulting teams across multiple engagements
Drive business development through strategy-led pursuits, proposals, and executive pitches
Significant experience in Tier-1 or equivalent management consulting, with a strong focus on technology strategy and digital transformation
Proven track record advising C-suite and board-level stakeholders
Deep understanding of modern digital and technology ecosystems (e.g. cloud, data & AI, platforms, cyber)
Strong commercial acumen, including account leadership and practice growth
Exceptional executive communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Delivery of measurable business outcomes through technology-enabled transformation
Trusted advisor status with senior client leaders
Growth of client accounts and contribution to practice revenue
Development of future consulting leaders and high-performing teams
