We are seeking an experienced Senior Broker and Sales Team Leader to lead, mentor and coach our Australia based Brokerage team whilst also looking after a range of clients personally.

The successful candidate will be a pro at developing long‑term relationships with our VIP clients, fostering trust and satisfaction as well as having a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape and passionate about their expertise and what they do functionally.

Proven Track Record : Ideally, 5+ years of successful experience as a cryptocurrency broker, account executive, or financial advisor.
A bachelors degree in a quantitative or business related field is advantageous.
Experience handling large, complex transactions both locally and globally.
Experience is liaising with and educating high net worth and VIP clientele.
Experience in a like for like or comparable role.
Expert understanding of cryptocurrency, financial markets and macroeconomic factors.
Ability to interpret financial statements, perform valuation, and conduct sophisticated risk analysis.
Expert knowledge of the specific rules and regulations governing the industry.
Mastery of trading platforms, CRM software, and data analytics tools.
