We have partnered with a leading Australian retail group to secure a high‑calibre Senior Project Manager.

You will lead a diverse portfolio of initiatives aimed at modernising retail platforms.

Requires an experienced PM who can manage the strategy while maintaining a firm grip on technical integration across a complex vendor ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing large‑scale commerce implementations that bridge the gap between customer-facing digital platforms and core back‑end systems.
• Leading the integration of sophisticated advertising and tracking technologies into high‑traffic retail environments.
• Driving the front‑end feasibility of enterprise‑wide upgrades, including license audits, roadmap discovery, and the development of robust business cases for next‑generation ERP transitions.
• Acting as the primary lead across a multi‑vendor landscape, ensuring alignment between internal functional teams and external partners to achieve seamless operational outcomes.

Experience Required

• You likely have a background delivering for Australia’s largest retail or supply chain entities and are comfortable managing projects with significant technical and commercial dependencies.
• 10+ years experience delivering projects within a complex SAP landscape (Commerce, ECC, and S/4HANA environments).
• A proven track record across Digital, Supply Chain, and Enterprise Technology.
• Expert at moving from Discovery and Business Case through to execution and rollout.
• Experience managing cutovers and complex technical migrations in the retail sector.
