Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Wills and Estates Lawyer based in Blue Mountains, NSW. The role involves managing complex wills, estate planning, and estate administration cases, as well as liaising with clients to offer tailored legal advice. The lawyer will draft estate planning documents and represent clients in estate litigation. With the assistance of a senior paralegal that is proficient in all areas of wills and estates they will apply for LOA or probate via the online portal. Collaboration with other legal professionals and maintaining documentation in compliance with legal standards will also be a key part of the role.

  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
