A government department in Queensland seeks a Project Officer for Educational Leadership. You will lead the delivery of professional learning initiatives, coordinate flagship programs, and communicate with key stakeholders. The Capability branch is located in the State Schools Strategy Division. The Capability branch is committed to a thriving and capable workforce equipped with the skills and confidence to support every student to realise their potential. A key part of the Capability branch is the Education Futures Institute (EFI) that delivers high-quality, evidence-informed and equitable capability development for a diverse workforce across key career stages.
The EFI provides high quality, targeted professional learning for staff located in metropolitan, regional, rural and remote locations across the state. The EFI empowers staff with the skills, knowledge and capability to excel in their role.
The role of Project Officer is offered on a full-time temporary basis, until 30 June 2026, with the possibility of extension.
As Project Officer, Educational Leadership you will play an important role in leading and coordinating the delivery of high-quality professional learning at the Education Futures Institute, Capability Branch.
