We are currently seeking an experienced Boilermaker to join a well-established mining services workshop based in Mackay. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for ongoing work with the potential for temp-to-perm placement.

The Details:

• Location: Slade Point, Mackay QLD
• Position Type: Casual ongoing work with potential for permanent employment
• Potential for overtime

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding, repairs and fabrications on mining equipment.
• Confidently use a range of welding techniques including MIG, TIG and Stick.
• Work to safety and quality standards at all times.
• Contribute to team goals and production schedules.

What we’re looking for:

• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
• Trade Qualification - Boilermaker
• Confident in various welding techniques
• Ability to pass regular Drug & Alcohol tests

Desirable but not essential:

• Experience on underground equipment preferred
