In this high-energy, 360 temp role, you will:

• Manage volume temp accounts- Work with SME clients who require large numbers of temps at speed, ensuring quality placements every time.
• Run bulk recruitment projects- Source, screen, onboard, and manage pools of candidates ready for deployment.
• Hunt for new SME clients- Drive business development within your assigned Sydney territory, winning new accounts through calls, visits, and networking.
• Own the end-to-end process- From job brief to placement, compliance to post-placement follow-up.
• Grow & retain client relationships- Deliver service excellence that keeps clients coming back.

Candidate's Profile

• Proven temp desk experience - You know the pace, the challenges, and how to deliver for multiple clients at once.
• Volume recruitment expertise - Skilled at filling bulk orders, managing talent pools, and deploying temps quickly.
