Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join Oasis Youth Services in Surry Hills, NSW. This full-time role delivers holistic case management and housing support to young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, within our Oasis Transitional Accommodation Service and OASIS Drop-In Centre.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, engaging with partners and communities to build brighter futures.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Social Work, Community Services, Youth Work, Psychology or related discipline (Diploma minimum, Degree highly regarded).
• Experience in case management, youth work, homelessness or housing support.
• Understanding of youth homelessness and barriers to sustainable housing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic case management and housing support to young people.
• Develop tailored support plans and work with partners to access services.
• Support health, wellbeing and service access for clients.
• Encourage social inclusion and community participation.
• Advocate for clients and coordinate referrals to services.
• Support housing stability and sustainment for young people.
