The Salvation Army Oasis Youth Services in Sydney is seeking a dedicated Senior Case Manager to provide holistic case management and housing support for young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness from our Oasis Transitional Accommodation Service and OASIS Drop-In Centre in Surry Hills.

This full-time permanent role offers a collaborative, trauma-informed practice environment with an experienced team and strong community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Required: Diploma in Social Work, Community Services, Youth Work or related discipline; Degree preferred.
• Experience in case management, youth work, homelessness or housing support.
• Ability to engage diverse young people and build rapport quickly.
• Commitment to culturally safe and inclusive environments.

Responsabilités

• Deliver strengths-based case management and tailored support plans.
• Identify goals with young people and develop practical life skills.
• Support health, wellbeing and access to services for clients.
• Encourage social inclusion and community participation.
• Explore pathways into education, training and employment.
• Advocate for young people and coordinate referrals to specialist services.
• Support secure, stable housing for clients.
• Build positive relationships with stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
