You will support both volunteers and support recipients throughout the placement journey, building relationships and ensuring they feel informed, supported and connected.
Beyond individual placements, you will also help strengthen and grow the Year Round program by identifying areas of need, building referral pathways, engaging prospective volunteers and support recipients, and representing Outback Links at relevant events and community activities.
