Job summary

Frontier Services is seeking a compassionate Year Round Program Coordinator for the Outback Links program. The role is part-time (0.8 FTE) with a hybrid work pattern combining home and our Sydney CBD office, and some travel may be required.

You will coordinate placements, support volunteers and recipients, and help grow the program by building referral pathways and partnerships across rural and remote Australia.

Responsibilities

• Engage with support recipients to understand their needs and ensure placements are appropriate and safe.
• Identify and match volunteers with the right skills, experience and availability to meet individual support requests.
• Coordinate Year Round placements from initial enquiry through to completion, providing ongoing communication and support to volunteers and support recipients.
• Build strong relationships with volunteers, support recipients and community stakeholders, ensuring they feel valued, informed and connected.
• Help grow the Year Round program by identifying areas of need, developing referral pathways and engaging new volunteers and support recipients.
• Contribute to engagement activities, events, feedback and evaluation, while maintaining accurate program and placement records.
