We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Program Assistant – Youth Team to join our statewide team.
The Youth Team currently support a range of programs including Next Step Plus (NSP), Extended Post Care Support (EPCS), Youth Housing and Reintegration Service (YHaRS), and Youth Justice & Employment Pathways - Skilling Queenslanders for Work (SQW).
Working closely with the Manager of Specialised Programs and Program Managers, you will provide a broad range of administrative, financial and program support across these services.
This is a varied role where you will support client referrals, service reviews, databases, and registers, while also managing invoices, payments, acquittals, and other financial processes.
Your organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities will be key to success in this role.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
