Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate reception or front-of-house customer service roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the public and colleagues.
• Administrative skills with meeting coordination, scheduling, basic financial processes, and customer service excellence.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks including pantry management, facilities coordination, and workplace safety procedures.
• Proficiency with ticketing systems, scheduling software, and basic office technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform office opening and closing procedures while greeting guests, coordinating with onsite security, and issuing visitor badges.
• Manage meeting room scheduling, coordination, and event bookings with professional appearance of rooms.
• Oversee pantry program including weekly snacks, fruit and beverages, and maintain kitchen areas and spend tracking.
• Maintain Site PO Trackers and assist with invoicing and budget oversight.
• Conduct facilities inspections, report issues, facilitate vendor inductions, and address EHS matters onsite.
