Job summary

JLL is hiring a Guest Service Ambassador in Sydney to manage daily front-of-house operations and deliver first-class hospitality. You’ll work closely with Security, Workplace Services and event teams to ensure a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure.

The role requires 2+ years in a corporate office, strong customer service, and IT skills (Slack/Tableau/Google Workspace). On-site work with premium offices and extensive employee benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a corporate office environment.
• Background in hospitality or retail is advantageous.
• Strong customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate to advanced IT skills with Slack, Tableau and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day execution of Guest Services operations.
• Deliver front-of-house and reception services, creating a positive first impression.
• Proactively support event activities, guest registrations and check-ins.
• Assist event hosts to ensure a smooth and professional guest arrival experience.
• Act as in-person concierge, providing local area, office and company event information.
• Manage meeting room bookings and prioritise VIP engagements.
• Support wider team set up, break down and facilitate meetings and events.
• Maintain a clean, show-ready reception and waiting areas in line with standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, legal and security protocols.
