Job summary

JLL is seeking a Guest Service Ambassador in Sydney to deliver first-class hospitality at the Welcome Reception and throughout the guest experience. You will collaborate with internal partners to ensure a seamless, welcoming visit and a premium front-of-house environment.

The role requires strong customer service in a fast-paced corporate setting, plus IT skills (Slack, Tableau, Google Workspace) and excellent communication. On-site, you’ll support events, bookings, and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a corporate office environment.
• Hospitality or retail background is advantageous.
• Strong customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient IT skills (Slack, Tableau, Google Workspace).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Guest Services operations.
• Deliver front-of-house and reception services with a positive first impression.
• Proactively support event registrations and check-ins.
• Assist event hosts for smooth guest arrival experiences.
• Act as in-person concierge with local area, office and event information.
• Manage meeting room bookings and VIP engagements.
• Support wider team setup, breakdown and event facilitation.
• Maintain clean, show-ready reception and meeting spaces.
• Utilise Traction Guest, Salesforce REWS and Basecamp systems.
• Collaborate with Security and Workplace Services to ensure smooth operations.
