JLL in Sydney is seeking a Workplace Ambassador to serve as the Corporate Reception lead for Amazon Australia. You will deliver front‑of‑house services, greet visitors, coordinate meetings, and support pantry and facilities tasks to ensure a professional, welcoming environment.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, multitasking, and the ability to liaise across all levels of the organization, with a focus on exceptional client service and compliant workplace operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate reception or front-of-house customer service roles with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to interface effectively with members from all organizational levels and the public with friendly, pleasant, and energetic personality
• Administrative skills with experience in meeting coordination, scheduling, basic financial processes, and customer service excellence
• Organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks including pantry management, facilities coordination, and workplace safety procedures
• Proficiency with ticketing systems, scheduling software, and basic office technology
• Background in facilities management, workplace services, or Amazon/similar corporate environments (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform office opening and closing procedures while greeting guests, working closely with onsite security team, and managing visitor badge issuance
• Manage meeting room scheduling, coordination, and event bookings while maintaining professional appearance of all meeting rooms and reception areas
• Oversee pantry program development including ordering weekly snack, fruit, and beverage supplies while maintaining kitchen areas and tracking spend
• Maintain Site PO Trackers and ensure financial processes are followed while assisting with invoicing and budget oversight
• Conduct facilities inspections, raise issues via Corrigo timely, facilitate vendor/contractor inductions, and report EHS matters onsite
