• Experience in reception, concierge, facilities, or property management with service excellence.
• Able to present professional corporate image and interact with all levels.
• Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as welcoming front desk presence and manage visitor journey.
• Provide mail and courier management with timely receipts.
• Support facilities team in overseeing vendors and daily work orders.
• Conduct daily workplace walkthroughs ensuring brand standards.
• Champion the office experience and gather feedback for improvements.
