Job summary

Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation is seeking a Coordinator, New Partnerships for a 12‑month fixed term contract in Sydney. You will support the New Partnerships Team with coordination, research, and administration to identify and progress new partnership opportunities with corporate donors.

You will work closely with Partnership Managers, support due diligence, proposals and presentations, and help maintain the CRM pipeline while delivering excellent donor experiences.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in coordination, administration, sales, partnerships, fundraising or customer relations.
• Experience supporting business development, partnerships or fundraising activities is desirable.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound lead triage and ensure enquiries are directed and progressed.
• Research prospective corporate partners and relevant partnership opportunities.
• Prepare prospect profiles, briefing materials and proposals for Managers.
• Coordinate meetings, site visits and partner engagements, including follow‑ups.
• Maintain the New Partnerships pipeline in the CRM and prepare reports as required.
