Job summary

Phillip Island Wildlife Park Pty. Ltd. in Cowes, Victoria, is seeking a full-time permanent team member to join the facilities and grounds team, working Friday to Tuesday with Wednesdays and Thursdays off.

This hands-on role covers cleaning, stock replenishment, storeroom upkeep, and general grounds maintenance in all weather. You must be physically capable, hold a valid Australian driver’s license and reliable transport.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Able to work weekends and during peak periods.
• Capable of daily physical work and standing for long periods.
• Current Australian driver’s license and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Facilities cleaning including sweeping, mopping, windows, bathrooms and staff lunchroom
• Re‑stocking shelves
• Maintaining storeroom
• Grounds maintenance (raking, weeding, mulching, stick and leaf removal)
• During quiet times, basic outdoor grounds maintenance in all weather conditions.
