Job summary

Phillip Island Park Lane Holiday Park is seeking a casual Grounds & Maintenance worker in Cowes, VIC. You will help keep the park safe, tidy and guest-ready, maintaining lawns, gardens and shared spaces in a beautiful riverside setting.

The role requires experience in grounds/maintenance, trade skills or hands-on maintenance, and a current driver’s licence. You’ll join a friendly, family-owned team with flexible hours across seasons and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds, maintenance or a similar role.
• Trade skills or hands-on maintenance experience.
• A current driver’s licence.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, gardens, roads and shared spaces.
• Mow, prune, trim hedges and manage weeds.
• Complete repairs and basic maintenance tasks.
• Check and maintain tools, equipment and facilities.
• Respond quickly to urgent repair needs.

What You’ll Do

You will help keep our park safe, tidy and welcoming for every guest.

• Maintain lawns, gardens, roads and shared spaces
• Mow, prune, trim hedges and manage weeds
