Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Ability to deliver tours, demonstrations, events.
• Experience guiding visitors, including non-English speakers.
• Experience with sales systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to follow directions, de-escalate and resolve conflicts.
• Willingness to work with livestock and basic husbandry.
