Qualifications

• Experience in a dental practice is essential.
• Knowledge of Core Practice dental software is highly preferred.
• Experience with reception duties and clinical support.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and providing a warm, friendly reception experience
• Managing incoming phone calls, patient enquiries and appointment bookings
• Coordinating appointments, recalls and patient follow-ups
• Handling payments and general reception administration
• Building genuine relationships with patients and helping them feel comfortable
• Supporting the clinical team with sterilisation and occasional dental assisting
• Collaborating with dentists, dental assistants and the wider team to ensure smooth operations
