Job summary

Fanelli Dental is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming practice in Queensland. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm, reassuring experience from the moment they arrive and throughout their visit.

Responsibilities include managing appointments, recalls and phone inquiries, processing payments and health fund claims, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Qualifications

• Organised, reliable and able to multitask in a busy environment.
• Experience in reception or administration is preferred, especially in a dental setting.

Your Responsibilities

About You

You’ll be someone who:

• Enjoys working with people and providing outstanding customer service
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is organised, reliable, and able to multitask
• Brings a positive attitude and a strong team spirit
• Has reception or administration experience (dental experience is highly regarded but not essential)
• Dental Assisting experience and wanting a change in role.
• Is confident using computers and learning new systems
