Job summary

Opal HealthCare is seeking a friendly Customer Support Assistant to be the first point of contact for residents, families and visitors on weekends in Auburn and surrounding suburbs. Located in the Auburn area, this permanent part-time role offers weekend rosters and a base rate of 31.36–33.05 AUD per hour, with weekend penalties and 12% superannuation.

Qualifications

Experience in an administrative, reception, or customer service role (aged care or healthcare experience is a plus, but not essential).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A helpful, patient and solutions-focused approach.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
Manage rostering, payroll tasks, and maintain accurate records.
Provide accurate information about products, services, processes and policies.
Maintain clear and accurate records.
Process basic requests, or administrative tasks as required.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to support outcomes.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying common issues and sharing feedback.
