We are seeking a friendly, organised and customer-focused Customer Support Assistant to be the first point of contact for our residents, families and visitors on weekends. Located in the Auburn area.
About the Role
- Permanent Part-Time
- Saturday & Sunday Roster
- $31.36 – $33.05 base rate (DOE) + Penalty rates for weekends, plus 12% superannuation.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage rostering, payroll tasks, and maintain accurate records.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, processes and policies.
- Maintain clear and accurate records.
- Process basic requests, or administrative tasks as required.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to support outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying common issues and sharing feedback.
About You
- Experience in an administrative, reception, or customer service role (aged care or healthcare experience is a plus, but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A helpful, patient and solutions-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confidence using computers, customer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to complete pre-employment medical, National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
