Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, reception, or customer service roles.
• Friendly, professional manner with strong organisation and communication.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment medical, Police check and NDIS Worker Screening.
• Healthcare or aged care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the warm first point of contact for residents, families and visitors.
• Provide essential administrative support for smooth community operations.
• Assist with tours of the community for prospective residents.
