Job summary

Randstad Australia in Marrickville is seeking a Warranty Coordinator/Service Coordinator to lead the service function for pumps and equipment. You will diagnose issues over the phone, perform hands-on testing in the workshop, manage warranty claims and service jobs end-to-end, and support farmers and regional dealers.

The role suits someone with experience in service management or warranty coordination, holds a full Australian driver’s licence, and is willing to travel regionally.

Your New Role

This is a great opportunity to take the reins of the technical support and service function. As the Warranty Coordinator / Service Coordinator, you'll be the go-to technical lead, diagnosing pump and equipment issues over the phone, and getting hands-on in the workshop with testing and repairs. Dealing mainly with Australian farmers and rural dealers, you'll deliver clear, practical solutions that keep operations moving.
