We are looking for a dedicated Service Coordinator to act as the vital link between our customers, technicians and warranty partners. In this role, you will ensure our service operations run seamlessly while delivering exceptional support to our clients when they need it most.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support and Inquiry Handling - respond to service and warranty inquiries providing technical advice, quotations and consistent follow up to build strong client relationships
• Technical Troubleshooting - diagnose pump and tank issues over the phone to resolve faults efficiently before coordinating further technical support
• Service Scheduling - Effectively prioritise and dispatch service jobs for Service Technicians and external suppliers
• Warranty and Order Administration - Process warranty claims and handle data entry for jobs, sales orders and quotes.

Prior experience in a customer service role with a focus on scheduling and job allocation is highly regarded.
