Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Warranty Coordinator / Service Coordinator in Sydney, Australia, to take the lead on warranty claims and on‑site testing. You will diagnose pump and equipment issues, provide practical solutions, and work with farmers and rural dealers to keep operations moving.

You will manage service jobs end‑to‑end, advise on equipment sizing and upgrades, and occasionally visit regional sites for training.

Qualifications

• Experience in service/warranty coordination or management.
• Full Australian driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication with customers in farming/agriculture sectors.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot pump and equipment faults by phone, email, and messaging.
• Manage warranty claims and service jobs end-to-end.
• Advise on pump sizing, system upgrades, and installation setups.

Your New Role

This is a great opportunity to take the reins of the technical support and service function. As the Warranty Coordinator / Service Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to technical lead, diagnosing pump and equipment issues over the phone, and getting hands‑on in the workshop with testing and repairs. Dealing mainly with Australian farmers and rural dealers, you’ll deliver clear, practical solutions that keep operations moving.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose pump and technical faults via phone, email, and messaging
• Manage warranty claims and service jobs from end to end
• Advise customers on suitable pump sizing, system upgrades, and installation setups
• Head out on occasional regional visits to run training sessions for distributors
• Keep job tracking, parts, and CRM records up to date
